Rare Step Side
Extra Clean

This is a fantastic opportunty to own a very well cared for Two Senior Owner's, 1999 Chevrolet Silvarado LS 4x4 Truck "Rare Short Step Side Bed". This Truck is incredibly clean, and has Very Low Mileage.
Everywhere you look this truck is very very clean. It also come with the Original Window Sticker and all Original Books. This is one of the most sought after body styles' of the Chevrolet Trucks ever made very few of the K1500's in the Standard Cab Short Step Side Bed. Also it is hard to find them with a V8 and automatic transmission in this body style as well.

This truck has always been very well maintained and cared for, and has always been pampered and never abuse, and has always been garaged it's entire life. It was owned by two older gentleman. I purchased it directly from the 2nd one who was not able to continue driving because of his vision.
It is ready to go to Work or be saved as a Weekend Toy.

The Exterior: is in very very nice condition. The Gloss Black paint has great shine and depth with very very minor scratches or rock chips, visible only under close inspection (Really none). It also has a Factory bed liner that shows very little use. It also has a few added trim items that are easily removed without harm if they are not your taste

It also has the Upgraded After Market Polished Alloy Wheels with good Tires.

The Interior: is also in very nice condition with little wear (Drivers seat fabric has very very minor wear it does not need any attention). The carpet still looks brand new. It is completely stock with, Tilt, Cruise A/C (ice cold). It also comes with Power Windows and Power Locks, Ect...

The pictures do not do this Truck justice, it is better in person.
The dash is in great condition and still has the Factory Stereo. The carpet show little wear also.

This Truck runs and drives fantastic. It has great power and drives tight, and brakes straight and smooth. It comes with 8Cyl 5.3 L. Engine and Automatic Transmission that makes this truck a real pleasure to drive, and still get decent mileage for a full size truck.

This is a well cared for Chevrolet Silverado LS Short Step Side Bed 4x4 combined with Very Low Mileage, and in beautiful Condition, makes this a "DON'T MISS OPPORTUNITY"!!!

Chevy rolls out Silverado HD High Country

Wed, 09 Apr 2014

It's been a good week for heavy-duty truck buyers. First, Ram revealed the Black Package for its HD trucks, then it rolled out its new Power Wagon, and now Chevy's getting in on the action with its Silverado High Country HD. Okay, so it may not pack quite the attitude of Ram's latest 2500-series offerings, but the High Country HD will come as a welcome addition to the Chevy Trucks range to those looking to pull their horse, boat or other trailer without skimping on creature comforts.
Rolled out a little under a year ago, the High Country trim is Chevy's answer to the likes of the GMC Denali, Ford King Ranch and Ram Longhorn. It has until now only been offered on the light duty, 1500-series Silverado, but now extends to the 2500 and 3500-series HD models, as well.
So what sets a High Country pickup apart from lesser Chevy trucks? You'll be able to pick it out based on its chrome horizontal grille, body-color bumpers, 6-inch tubular side steps, 20-inch chrome wheels (18-inch on the 3500 and 17-inch on the dualie) and, of course, plenty of special badging. But it's inside where the High Country makes its mark, with a cabin decked out in saddle brown perforated leather, seats that are both heated and cooled, eight-inch touchscreen with full MyLink suite, Bose audio and park assist functions front and rear to keep those color-keyed bumpers looking fresh. (Though Chevy hasn't yet showed us the interior of the HD model, it'll presumably look mostly the same as the cab in the 1500 High Country in the gallery below.)

Survey says $25k barrier is a problem for EVs

Sun, 01 Dec 2013

The majority of consumers are more or less priced out of the market.
Electric cars are gaining popularity with the general public, but are they still too expensive? According to a survey 1,084 consumers by Navigant Research, a consulting firm located in Boulder, CO, 71 percent want their next car to cost under $25,000, while 41 percent won't go a cent above $20K. Looks like people are even thriftier than we'd originally thought.
