1961 - Chevrolet C-10 on 2040-cars
Renton, Washington, United States
Up for sale is my 1961 Chevy Apache truck.. was restored and rebuilt about 10-15 years ago, purchased the truck two years ago and have driven it regularly, runs great, looks really great, paint is definitely gorgeous even right up close. Small dent on passenger side door, it isn't perfect but it is a great driver which is what I love about it, not scared to get out and drive it and use it regularly, please see the ten minute youtube video I took to hopefully answer any of your questions. Only rust areas are small spots under the hood and small hole on driver side cab corner (see last picture), but that is it! Have been there for years and not an issue so I haven't done anything about them. The rest of the steel is absolutely solid. 235 straight six, I rebuilt the carburetor two weeks ago (it was starting to leak fuel onto the manifold), and just installed it last week. I took a video outlining everything I could think of... see the link below - my phone ran out of storage as I was driving it around but you can see everything. Has the original 1961 Washington license plate on it. Let me know if you have any questions.. you will have to arrange for shipping or pickup.

GM recalls select Chevy Cruze, Sonic and Buick Verano models over airbag issue
Wed, 14 Nov 2012General Motors is recalling certain 2012 Buick Verano, Chevrolet Cruze and Sonic models due to a defect in the driver's airbag system. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the airbag has a shorting bar which may contact two internal terminals. If that happens during a crash, the supplemental restraint may not deploy, increasing the risk of driver injury. The recall includes a total of 2,949 units.
GM will contact owners and replace the steering wheel airbag coil at no cost. At this point, it's unclear when the recall will begin, though owners may contact the automaker at 1-800-521-7300 for more information. You may also take a closer look at the full NHTSA notice below.
