Gen6 4 bolt 454 with 088 heads has a tunnel ram with 2 afb carter 600s msd billet distributor it has an hei module and coil instead of msd box for ignition hooker super comp headers aluminum crank and water pump pullies small form power steering pump and a pair of perma cool electric fans Transmission is a rebuilt Turbo 350 with a 2200 stall This is a running project car radiator is bad, needs fans installed, resivor for power steering mounted, and tuning carbs it has a 75 camaro front clip power steering disk brakes sway bar has center line wheels that needs tires 3.5 on the front and 8.5 for the rear interior is fair ok head liner and newer carpet kit procar bucket front seats rear bench needs redone home made door panels plexiglass side windows no felt on the front so needs replaced rear sides tinted but could be replaced aswell no rear regulators and no wing windows or regulators for the wing windows door handles have been shaved but no solenoid kits tilt column across the dash has holes cut for gauges and stereo hole enlarged battery is in the trunk and kill switch is on the bumper the shock mounts in the trunk are cracked and a frame support brace was installed for the shocks there is rust in the floors passenger quarter in front of the wheel was hit and could be repaired again was hit in the rear and deck lid looks sprung there is bondo ,dents and rust in this project clean california title.this car WAS NOT non oped and car needs to be rewired there is a hood but its rough and doesnt fit there is no front bumper the spair tire tunnel was beat in for larger gas tank so its not usable THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON THIS PROJECT ITS AS IS. it does run and drive but not far because bad radiator and fans need installed SELLER HAS RIGHT TO END AUCTION EARLY DUE TO ITS LISTED LOCAL ASWELL . any questions i will answer to the best of my knowlage On May-09-14 at 17:26:07 PDT, seller added the following information: *****ive added pics of the trunk there is big holes where the old shock mounts were so it needs a trunk pan ive pulled back the mat so you could see. also ive noticed some of the body bolts are missing some are broke and the body bushings are bad and some are gone. im sorry for the late addition and if it detures you i under stand thanks for looking. UAW to vote on strike at Kentucky Corvette plant
Tue, 08 Apr 2014The current wait time for a new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is well, not short. With word of a strike at the Bowling Green, KY factory responsible for seventh-generation sports car, though, that wait time could end up growing substantially.
Now, a strike is still a ways off. UAW Local 2164, which represents the 800 workers responsible for screwing the Corvette together, is set to vote on authorizing a strike today, but even if the employees give the action a go, it's far from a sure thing. According to The Tennessean, both regional and national union officials would need to put their stamp of approval on strike action.
"The membership has to vote to strike, but it's just a step in the process," said Gary Casteel, the UAW's Region 8 director and one of the people that would need to authorize a strike action. Casteel told The Tennessean, "It's purely a local situation, though. They are having some issues with the local management."
