1951 Chevrolet sedan

This is a 51 sedan with a clean texas title. The car came out of Texas and is a solid car. It runs and drives but it does need work. The carb is rebuilt and has new fuel lines all the way back. It has a brand new 20 gal fuel cell in the trunk. The headlights and tail lights all work. It is a 3 speed manual transmission. The interior is in pretty good shape. All the window roll up and down fine and the front and rear glass is in good shape. The drivers window has some cracks but it is very cheap to replace since its flat glass. I have all the molding,chrome, door handles with original keys, bumper guards, rear fender chrome rock guards, bumper riders, The chrome and handles were removed because the car was going to be stripped down and painted. Again I have all the original chrome trim handles and keys. These cars are getting harder to find and this one is a very solid car. It is not a rust bucket. It need to be painted and some minor body work. As you see in the picture the paint is peeling off on the passenger side and the raw metal is what you see. The motor fire right up but it need to be tuned and some minor timing adjustment. It has the rear skirts included and good coker white walls on it. Chevy SS prototype spotted wearing Pontiac G8 clothes

Do not adjust your computer screen, you are not seeing the rebirth of the Pontiac brand. General Motors has chosen to use a G8 to disguise a test mule for the latest prototype of the forthcoming Chevrolet SS. The G8 was closely related to the Holden Commodore and Vauxhall VXR, the platform upon which the new Chevrolet performance model will be based. It should come as little surprise, then, that GM has opted to use the cladding from the former G8.
Thought the front clip of this mule is pure Pontiac, note the vents immediately behind the front wheel. That is a distinctive design hallmark of the Vauxhall VXR. Also note that this vehicle is right-hand drive, as the Holden and its Chevy counterpart will be very closely related. That likely includes potential drivetrains. The spy photos of this mule also reveal very wide rear tires, and rear wheels that do not match the fronts.

New Chevrolet Silverado to be revealed on Facebook on Thursday

There's not much to see here, but if you're one of those waiting for the reveal of the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, above is the teaser image that Chevrolet posted on its Facebook page. We've seen the truck in form-fitting camo before, and even less can be made out here beyond those seriously punchy Silverado-esque fenders and the knowledge that the projector-beam headlamps teased previously do indeed work. We'll have to wait until Thursday for a full perusal of the "bold exterior design" and "careful attention given to every detail" we've been promised.
Gathering intel and rumors, magnesium and aluminum contribute to the Silverado's weight loss plan, the purported "High Country" top-tier trim will contribute to luxury pickup truck competition and profit margins and the next-generation small-block V8 will contribute to improved fuel economy. On the engine note, there have been rumors of available V6 engines, and when Facebook user John Jones asked "Where's your answer to that EcoBoost Chevy?", the Bowtie replied "stay tuned on the 13th. We think you'll be pleased...".
Along with the "Raise the Bar" tag, Chevrolet says of the Silverado, "You asked, we delivered." You can watch the reveal live on Chevrolet's Facebook page at 9:30 am EST, this Thursday, December 13. The GMC Sierra 1500 will also be there, and we'll see both in person at the Detroit Auto Show in January.
