1986 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham on 2040-cars
Ballwin, Missouri, United States
You are bidding on my 1986 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham with 95,800 original miles. It's in great shape with no rust. Loaded like a Fleetwood should be with PW, PL, A/C (converted), Cruise Control, AM/FM cassette, leather power seats, lighted vanity mirrors, trunk pull down, etc. Everything works as it should with the exception of the power antenna. It has a new headliner and visors. The Cadillac drives great and floats down the road. I love driving it and would drive this Cadi anywhere. I drive it at least once a week, but only if the weather is good and the roads are dry. The Cadi has a couple of minor flaws. There is a crease on the right front fender that's barely noticeable. I included a close up picture. It also has some cuts to the front passenger seat by the armrest. I had an estimate done which was for about $150, but have not had the time. The interior is tan which is easy to find the right color. This is a great Cadi and you will not be disappointed. If you have any questions you can email me or call me at (636)226-7716. Good luck and happy bidding. Have a great Holiday Rob |

Cadillac confirms new flagship to be built in Detroit next year
Fri, 19 Sep 2014
"The objective for this upcoming model is to lift the Cadillac range by entering the elite class of top-level luxury cars." - Johan de Nysschen
Cadillac confirmed Friday morning it will build its new flagship sedan, expected to be called the LTS, starting in late in 2015 in Detroit.
Cadillac's Butler announces surprise departure
Mon, 05 Aug 2013The Detroit Free Press is reporting that Cadillac's vice president of global strategic development, Don Butler, has resigned. Butler has held the position since April, after a term as vice president of US marketing for General Motor's luxury brand.
As the report explains, the timing here is pretty unfortunate for Cadillac. Butler is the third high-profile member of Cadillac's brass to depart in recent months, following the firing of US sales boss Chase Hawkins and the pending departure of Susan Docherty. Cadillac spokesman David Caldwell told the Detroit paper, "Bob [Ferguson]," global boss for Cadillac, "and other leaders asked him to stay on. Don's here in the office today - and told our team that his decision is purely on a personal level. After three years of putting everything into Cadillac, he is stepping away for some personal time, and to consider new avenues in his life."
Butler says his decision is part of a decision to "recalibrate, reassess my priorities." Whatever the reason, it's an unpleasant surprise for Cadillac, which has been on a surge in 2013, with 30-percent jump in sales on the heels of the hot-selling ATS.
Seinfeld and Don Rickles stretch out in classic Caddy for latest CiCGC
Thu, 04 Jul 2013It's no surprise that for the newest episode of Jerry Seinfeld's Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, airing for the first time on the 4th of July, that a couple of American classics are involved. You'll Never Play the Copa unites Seinfeld with legendary curmudgeon Don Rickles, driving around in a stunner of a 1958 Cadillac Eldorado Seville in Gleneagles Green (upholstery wrapped in Grandma-spec plastic, of course).
Mr. Rickles really steals the show in this one - maybe our favorite CiCGC to date - though the Eldorado plays a strong-jawed costarring role, for sure. Stories about Ronald Regan, Frank Sinatra, Billy Graham and, of course, Herkie Styles are more than worth the price of admission. Check it out below.
