2002 Cadillac Deville Base Sedan 4-door 4.6l on 2040-cars
Carle Place, New York, United States
2002 Cadiallc Deville - This Cadillac is used, is in fair condition, according to Kelly Blue book, which includes the following: Fair - 18% of all cars we value Has some cosmetic defects that require repairing and/or replacing Requires some mechanical repairs The paint and bodywork may require refinishing and body repair The engine compartment has leaks and may require repairs May have some repairable rust damage The body has dents, chips, and/or scratches The interior has substantial wear, and may have small tears Wheels may be warped or bent, have major scratches, scrapes, or pitting and require replacement The tires may not match and need replacing Needs servicing, but is still in reasonable running condition with a clean title history A few service records are available For any further information, please contact me personally and I will be more than happy to get into specifics with you at anytime. The car is by no means perfect, it definitely will need to have work done in order for it to be considered perfect. However, I have driven the car the past two years without taking it off the road, it runs well, but will need work. The Kelly Blue Book value for the car in the condition described is $2750, that's taking into consideration the deficiencies I described above, however, being a consumer myself, I have taken even more money off the listing price, including the "buy it now" price so the buyer can see some value in their purchase and use the extra funds to get the car back into excellent condition. With the right owner, willing to put the money saved here back into the car, will have an excellent, comfortable, Cadillac as their automobile for the foreseeable future. **Only 83,000 miles **Never been in an accident |

2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe favors cleanliness over radical lines
Tue, 14 Jan 2014Though you might not know it from looking at vehicles like the XTS and Escalade, if you take a broader look at history, you'll see that Cadillac models have gotten a lot smaller from the tail-finned highway cruisers of old. At least when it comes to coupes, anyway. The Eldorado, in particular, kept getting smaller until it disappeared, its place taken in recent years by decidedly more compact XLR, CTS Coupe and ELR hybrid. What you see here, however, is Cadillac's smallest coupe yet.
Revealed today at the Detroit Auto Show is the new 2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe, the brand's first compact two-door coupe, and the first production car to wear the brand's all-new crest. It shares the same platform and wheelbase as the existing ATS sedan, but packs a wider track and unique bodywork that's decidedly more conservative and less unique in its angular styling than the CTS Coupe that it's likely to ultimately displace in the Cadillac lineup. Styling aside, the all-American luxury marque has engineered the ATS Coupe with a focus on reducing weight to the benefit of both performance and fuel economy, giving it near 50/50 weight balance front to rear with underbody aerodynamic elements helping it cheat the wind.
Buyers will be able to choose between two engines: a 2.0-liter turbo four and a 3.6-liter V6.
J.D. Power: Mini, Lexus again offer most satisfying sales experience
Thu, 29 Nov 2012JD Power has released its annual Sales Satisfaction Index Study, and once again Mini and Lexus have taken top honors. Overall, buyers are more satisfied with the auto-buying sales experience than they were last year, with those surveyed reporting an average score of 664 points on a 1,000-point scale. That's up from 648 in 2011. Dealer satisfaction also increased by five points over last year as well.
All told, Lexus brought home an index score of 737, which was high enough to put it atop the luxury brands for the second year in a row. JD Power says Infiniti came in second in that category with a score of 728 and Cadillac rounded out the podium with it's rating of 725. Speaking of Infiniti, that brand saw the single largest jump in sales satisfaction of any brand on the survey, popping up 52 index points over 2011.
Among mass-market brands, Mini ranked highest with a score of 712, followed closely by Buick with 706 and GMC farther down the line with 683. You can check out the full press release below for more information.
Playboy reveals its 2013 Cars of the Year
Thu, 20 Dec 2012Vaunted men's magazine Playboy knows that its readers are nearly as interested in cars as they are in the female anatomy... sorry, we thought we could write that with a straight face. Anyway, the buff-book does occasionally fill some of its spreads with sexy metal, to accent all the rest of the sexiness.
To wit, the magazine has unveiled its feature on the 2013 Cars of the Year. Without giving us much in the way of criteria for the awards, nor a clear framing of the categories ("Responsible Ride" is a particularly challenging concept, especially when you consider that the Mazdaspeed3 was the winner), Playboy has nevertheless highlighted what we assume to be it's favorite 12 or 13 (depending on how you count) cars from the 2013 model year.
Headlining the class is the Porsche 911, which Playboy writers single out for having "remarkable electronic voodoo." BMW M5 is named "Slickest Sports Sedan" though the Cadillac ATS then follows on because "we couldn't resist giving the new Caddy a shout-out." The rest of the picks are pretty conventional (save, perhaps, the Honda Fit EV as "Ace Electric"), even if the categories and methodology are fairly wonky. Cruise through or gallery for a taste or check out the full list, here. The site is safe for work, and you can legitimately (this time) say that you were reading it for the articles.
