CLEAN INSIDE / OUT NO RESERVE--BID TO OWN IT Happy holidays to all, Here up for auction I have this classic 1-owner 1989 Buick reatta with 96k miles that runs great, I picked up this car at a dealers auction it was offered by a bank that reposed the vehicle from the previous owner who might have had a small loan on it. The exterior is in very nice shape the car looks to have been repainted a long time ago and it’s starting to show some light wear, the black paint still has a nice gloss to it. The body is very straight and sharp it is no show piece but a very nice driver. The car used to have a sunroof but it was sealed by the previous owner. The interior is in good shape with the normal wear and tear mostly on the driver’s seat, there are some fading in some areas but overall the car looks very good. I have added many pictures of the interior for you to view. 3.8L 3800 v6 with 96k miles it fires up instantly and sounds great! The car runs and drives very smooth for a 34 year old vehicle. I have driven this car around town and it feels very good. Automatic transmission shifts all gears smoothly. Power windows and locks are in very good working order. Factory a/c and heat, heat works great. Touch screen monitor that was actually pretty modern for its time and it works great. The dash screen is in perfectly good working order. Original owner’s manual. *tires have some age cracking but still hold air. *the trunk does not open looks like the lock got loose inside. Drive this little classic home but if you are taking it on a very long trip I do recommend tires. Autoline Detroit recently played host to Bob Lutz, and, as is always the case, the former General Motors vice chairman dished out some great commentary. Lutz was promoting his new book Car Guys vs. Bean Counters: The Battle for the Soul of American Business, and talk quickly turned to his role as it related to product development and high-level decision making at GM. While on the topic of brand management, Lutz revealed a few rather interesting tidbits about his former employer:

New Buick Verano testing in Germany
Thu, 29 May 2014A refresh to Buick's popular Verano sedan appears to be nigh, thanks to these spy photos that show the tweaked four-door testing in Germany.
As with the current Verano, the refreshed model will have a great deal in common with its European platform-mates, the Vauxhall/Opel Astra. Each car rides on General Motors's Delta II platform. Unlike the current car, though, the refreshed model's styling could lean more heavily towards its European roots, if these photos are any indication.
Despite its commonality with the Astra Sedan, the Verano has featured its own unique styling since arriving in the US back in 2011 as a 2012 model, with distinct fascias at both the front and back, as wells its own headlight and taillight designs. The two cars were still rebadged vehicles, but it was more subtle than it will be in 2015, when the refreshed Verano arrives. Astra-like elements are expected to dominate, particularly in regards to the headlights and taillights. That said, trademark Buick styling features will remain, like the waterfall grille. Really, then, the 2016 Verano won't be unlike the Regal - a rebadged Vauxhall/Opel Insignia, aside from a few very small styling details.
Buick shows off new Ultra Luxury Interior for LaCrosse
Sun, 27 Apr 2014The options sheet of the 2014 Buick LaCrosse gets all kinds of fancy with the addition of the Ultra Luxury Interior. Pointing its Tri-Shield logo at the world of haute luxury, the cabin treatment combines sangria leather with ebony accents, shadow tamo ash wood trim and a microsuede headliner to "drive fashion forward."
You'll need to start with LaCrosse models with the 3.6-liter V6 and either the Leather, Premium or Premium II trims to go all Brioni and Buckingham on the cabin, and the privilege package will run you $2,495. We're told that you won't find such contrasting hues anywhere else in the class, though, and that kind of exclusivity might make any price a bargain.
