2010 Buick Enclave Cxl Sport Utility 4-door 3.6l on 2040-cars
Roswell, New Mexico, United States
I am selling my Buick Enclave which I purchased here on Ebay from the original owner in December of 2012. I bought the vehicle with approximately 68,000 miles. I am selling simply due to miles. I commute and put a lot of miles on my vehicles, and I want to sell this one while it still has value and the miles are respectable. I was going to trade it in but I didn't want to let the dealership have it for what they wanted to pay. I would rather sell it and give someone a fair deal instead of letting the dealer make all the money. The car currently has 99,700 miles, but I do drive it daily as it is my only vehicle. It is hard to make a purchase like this without seeing the car in person. I know because I had reservations myself when I made this purchase. I will try my best to be as complete and thorough as possible when describing the vehicle.
This Buick is Carbon Black Metallic with Titanium leather interior. It seats 7 with second-row captain-chair seating. Features include Bose premium sound, rear DVD monitor, rear audio controls, XMRadio capability, back-up camera, back-up sensors, remote start, power folding mirrors, heated and cooled front seats, and bluetooth.
The 20" factory chromes have Pirelli Scorpion tires that I purchased from Discount Tire in December of 2012. A recent rotation visit to Discount Tire revealed that the tread was at 7/16", which was said to be good. There was a service bulletin/ recall on the water pump, and a new pump was installed at the local dealership.

Next Buick Regal coming in 2017, could be imported from Germany
Sun, 03 Aug 2014The Buick Regal is based on the Opel/Vauxhall Insignia, a pair of sedans from General Motors' European and British outfits. In fact, over 46,000 Regals from model years 2010 and 2011 were screwed together on the same lines as the Insignia twins, before GM's Oshawa, Ontario factory took over production fully. Considering this closeness, rumors that claim the next-generation Regal - due for 2017 - could move back to Europe aren't terribly surprising. Here's why, according to Automotive News.
Oshawa is home to three other vehicles, aside from the Regal - the Chevrolet Camaro, Impala rental queen and the Cadillac XTS. We already know next-gen Camaro production is headed to Lansing, MI, and that the fleet-only Impala will (finally!) die in 2016. As for the XTS, as AN explains it, sales are so slow that GM will either kill it or just shuffle its production volume elsewhere.
Taken along with the fact that Unifor, the Canadian labor union repping workers at the Oshawa factory, claim GM hasn't made any guarantees about future production at the nearly 60-year-old factory, it seems fairly clear that the Regal's current factory is going to be put out to pasture.
Cadillac, Buick and Chevy decisions impacted by worries abroad
Fri, 05 Jul 2013European Concerns Drive GM, But Beware Of The French Connection
GM's bid to rationalize Europe will impact the products that will be offered domestically.
It seems that Europe is defining the future of General Motors more so than its home North American market. Having axed Saturn, Pontiac and Hummer, GM has done a fairly good job of repositioning its remaining four divisions, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick and GMC. Cadillac carries the luxury banner. Chevrolet is aimed at the masses with cars and trucks along with a nod to performance thanks to Camaro and Corvette. Buick bridges the premium gap between Chevy and Cadillac, while GMC offers a hardcore work/upscale proposition.
2013 Buick Verano Turbo
Thu, 03 Jan 2013Not Luxury. Not Sport. Not Buick. Not Bad.
Those of you who still think of the Buick Verano as some sort of callously badge-engineered, gussied up version of the Chevrolet Cruze ("Why would anyone spend that much money on Buick's Cruze?" you may have been heard to mutter) have got the wrong idea. Entirely. Even in its most modest form, the Verano turns out to be a sedan that is feature-rich, insulated from wind and road noise in proper luxury car fashion, pretty good to drive and not bad to look at in the new school of high-nosed pedestrian-impact-regulated fashion. In a less modest form then, one that attaches the word "Turbo" to the moniker and plops a force-fed 2.0-liter four-cylinder under the hood, the Verano is downright interesting.
Of course, "interesting" is rarely a descriptor that fills one with lust - and so it goes with this example. There are two competing forces within this near-premium subcompact sedan, and the balance struck between them must resonate with any potential customer before the Verano Turbo can become a serious purchase consideration.
