This 135i is in great condition and is a beautiful car.  It has the premium pkg, cold weather pkg, sport pkg. it has it all.  So that means keyless entry, keyless start, navigation system, iPod / usb port, heated leather seats, dual automatic climate control, rain sensors automatic windshield wipers, power seats, automatic head light washers, The "M" steering wheel and shifter, I mean if BMW offered it, I think it is on this car.

I have owned this car for 2 years and is a blast to drive one of the funnest cars I have ever owned.  The manual transmission with the twin turbo producing 300 HP makes a very quick and responsive car.  The car has brand new tires on the front and the rear are around a year.  Since I have owned it I have had BMW do all service, and it needs nothing for good while.  A year ago the top was replaced due to rear glass and the canvass was a little separated (it didn't leak and almost wasn't a visible thing unless you looked for it) new front brakes and the the big engine service with plugs and all.  All was warranty work by BMW before the factory time limit expired.

I am selling because I seem to have sickness that I love cars and have owned more than 30 in my life,  I buy one,  take car of them, maintain them drive them for a little while and buy another one.  This is a great car and the new owner will love it.

BMW rolls out new M4 safety car for DTM

Mon, 05 May 2014

Ever since revealing the M4 on nearly five months ago, BMW has been hard at work getting its new muscle coupe out on the track. It's made a touring-car version to compete in DTM and a safety car to set the pace at MotoGP races, and now it's combined both into a new safety car for DTM as well.
The ninth M4 on the DTM grid is based on the production version, but fitted with numerous upgrades over the course of a two-month conversion process. For starters, it's been equipped with nearly exterior component from the M Performance Parts catalog, including the quad-tipped exhaust, front splitter, rear spoiler and diffuser, blacked-out grille, special mirror caps, side sills... the works. But that's not the end of the story.
BMW M GmbH also gutted the interior, removing the rear bench and replacing it with a roll cage. It's got a pair of Recaro racing buckets with Schroth harnesses, plus special LED emergency lighting, radio communication system and, of course, special livery (albeit nowhere near as cool as the MotoGP one) to distinguish it as the official safety car when it makes its debut at the Nürburgring on August 17.

Watch two championship-winning DTM cars from BMW go head-to-head

Mon, 06 May 2013

BMW recently had a little fun with two of the company's past DTM champions. Roberto Ravaglia and Bruno Spengler, winners of the 1989 and 2012 championships, respectively, both showed up at the world-famous Hockenheimring with their title-winning cars. The two swapped seats, with Ravaglia taking the helm of Spengler's BMW M3 DTM racer and Spengler sliding behind the wheel of Ravaglia's first-generation M3 racer in the classic BMW Bank livery, and headed for the track. Spengler got a 23 second head start in the first-gen M3 with Ravaglia chasing behind.
It didn't take long for the older hotshoe to sort out his new ride and close the gap. The short clip below follows the two as they make their way around the circuit, but the really interesting portion comes when the pair begin discussing what they like and don't like about each other's machines. You can check out the full video below for yourself.

BMW puts a sheep in wolf's clothing with 2 Series Active Tourer M Sport

Thu, 27 Mar 2014

BMW is charting new territory with the 2 Series. No, not the two-door model - that's just the kind of rear-drive coupe for which the brand is known. But the Active Tourer (which only shares its series designation with the coupe) is a front-drive tall hatchback/MPV category buster, and that's not exactly what comes to mind when you think of Bimmers. As such, the 2 Series Active Tourer is bound to turn off some of the brand's faithful, but this latest M Sport kit could at least ease the pain somewhat.
The sport package for the Active Tourer packs all the usual suspects: a more aggressive aero kit, retuned suspension, blacked-out grille, 17- or 18-inch alloys and an interior with sports seats trimmed in blue-stitched Alcantara. Top all that off with an Estoril Blue paint job and you've got a compact family hauler that might look the part, and maybe handle a bit tighter, yet it naturally stops short of the full M treatment (or even an M Performance spec like you'd find in the M235i coupe). All of which is probably just as well, because that might be the only thing BMW purists would object to more than the existence of a front-drive BMW MPV in the first place.
