call 314-647-3577. Road and Track says "Looking for a sports sedan that keeps up with all those super sports cars? Like the sound of a powerful engine with a deep rumble when you press the accelerator pedal to the floor? Then you've found your car right here. It's powered by a Lamborghini-developed V-10 engine with Audi's FSI direct injection, magnesium two-stage variable intake manifold and a bevy of other technologies to make it powerful and smooth. The engine is a double-overhead-camshaft design, and there are 40 valves apportioned among the 10 cylinders, while a balance shaft is placed between the cylinder banks to enhance refinement. Horsepower is listed as 435 at 6800 rpm and the torque is 398 lb.-ft. at 3000-4000 revs. In our track testing of the S6, 0-60 mph came up in 5.1 seconds and the quarter-mile was covered in 13.5 sec. at 106.5 mph. Acceleration testing is a snap with Audi's 6-speed Tiptronic transmission with DSP (Dynamic Shift Program) and the Sport program. Gear changes are swift and sure, whether done automatically by the program or manually by the driver. And the famous Audi Quattro system that provides permanent all-wheel drive adds to the car's all-weather performance capability". this car cost over $80,000 when new. we are offering this S6 well below market value, and we can even assist with financing as low as 2.99% please call our sales staff at 314-647-3577 to arrange a test drive today.

Highlights from the Goodwood Festival of Speed, including the McLaren P1 and a Ford Transit running the hill
Mon, 15 Jul 2013The sole purpose of this post is as a time-waster, and since you shouldn't have to work to waste time, we've done it for you. In the numerous videos below you'll find cars that have lately been in the news tramping all over the grounds of Lord March's estate in Goodwood, England.
There's the McLaren P1 heading up the hill, the Jaguar Project 7, then a casually-driven Porsche 917 followed by an even-more-casually-driven Porsche 956, topped off by a Porsche 936 that is anything but casually driven. The next round is the flame-spitting Peugeot 405 T16 Pikes Peak from Climb Dance, a camera mounted on the Peugeot RCZ R after it showing you what the whole, uninterrupted run up the hill looks like. For a real head-turner, we couldn't embed it but there's Andy Reid blasting up the hill in a Ford Transit Supervan with a Cosworth 3000 V6 engine.
The modern racing contingent has Allan McNish doing the hill in the Audi R18 e-tron quattro he used to win Le Mans and Lewis Hamilton making lots of tire smoke in the Mercedes-AMG Petronas MGP-W02. For comparison, that's followed by Nick Heidfeld's record-setting run up the hill in 1999 in the McLaren MP4/14 . The classic racing contingent is headlined by 71-year-old Giacomo Agostini on an MV Agusta.
Malaise Era All-Stars
Fri, 17 May 2013A few weeks ago, we bid a fond happy 40th anniversary to the automotive dark ages of 1973-84 that have come to be known as "The Malaise Era" - the performance ice-age when 160 horsepower was a lot and a 0-60 time of under 10 seconds was remarkable. Like music in the 1980s, everything in automobiledom didn't suck, however. There were a few bright spots. Here are five of our favorites:

2014 Audi SQ5
Thu, 24 Jul 2014It may be obvious at this point, but here in the United States, European manufacturer routinely give us the short end of the stick. Now, I'm not talking about models or brands that don't come here, like the Mercedes-Benz A-Class or the entire Renault line. No, instead, I'm referring to cars that are sold right here in the Land of the Free in one bodystyle, while Europe enjoys the same vehicle with a wider variety of configurations.
A prime example of this is the Audi S4/S5 line. In America, we can have the supercharged twins in two-door coupe, four-door sedan, and cabriolet body styles. Meanwhile, our Euroland cousins get the same trio of bodystyles, as well as the A5/S5 Sportback, a characterful 'four-door coupe,' and a versatile hauler, the S4 Avant. At first glance, Audi of America lacks a vehicle that can compete with the latter's blend of performance, versatility and subdued looks. So, what's an American with around $60,000 and an obsession with quick, conservative haulers to do? Well, he can buy an SQ5. (Though it bears mentioning, our US-spec SQ5 is vastly different than what's available to our European friends.)
The SQ5 has a huge number of things going for it that make it a viable alternative to a proper hot wagon, and foremost among them are its looks - this is a sleeper. Audi has thankfully decided not to molest the clean looks of the standard Q5 when penning the sportier model.
