Built 68 327 SB with 292 Comp cam, forged pistons, 10.5 compression (runs on pump gas) steel crank, roller rockers, Edelbrock Performance RPM intake, 750 Quick Fuel carb, MSD Pro Billet dist. with 6AL box & blaster coil. Ceramic coated headers, 3" Flow masters, Be Cool radiator with thermostat controlled fan, shroud, billet overflow.

Built 400 Turbo with 3000 stall, Billet spec, air cleaner, valve covers, extra capacity transpan. Billet pullies, chrome alt, fabricated engine side panels. 12 bolt posi with 4:10 gears, tubbed and back halved.

Tubular upper & lower a-arms shortened, adjustable coil overs ON ALL 4 CORNERS, ladder bars, trac locator, 4 Wheel power disc brakes, power steering, dual Optima red tops with aluminum covers, custom made 12" wide torque thrust D's with 365 Pro-Tracs.

This car was built right. It is a driver, not a show car, but has won a couple shows including managers choice. The stance is bad ass, low and mean. This car is a head turner.... I always have people taking pictures or video as I drive by, not to mention numerous thumbs up !!!!

Audi hints at A9 flagship ahead of LA Auto Show

If you've been thinking that Audi is in need of a new design direction, you're not alone. Clean though its designs may be, they tend to be more evolutionary rather than revolutionary. But it seems Ingolstadt is on the verge of launching a new design language with a new A9 concept.
The teaser image above was obtained by Germany's Auto & Design magazine, giving us our first glimpse at the concept Audi is expected to unveil at the upcoming LA Auto Show. The concept is tipped to be based on the same MLB platform that will underpin the next-generation A8.
The concept itself could lead to a new production flagship model as well, slotting in above the A8 sedan and A7 five-door. Details remain scarce at the moment, but we'll be watching to see how this development progresses.

Automakers score 8 out of top 20 most-watched ads on YouTube [w/videos]

Who would have ever thought there'd be a day where people are able to skip television commercials only to go to websites to watch them later? Such is the joy of a DVR and YouTube. AdWeek tabulated the 20 most-watched ads on YouTube, and found that nine were car-related including eight coming from automakers.
Volkswagen continued its Star Wars theme with two ads in the top 20, including the highest-ranking car commercial The Bark Side spot at number three with almost 18 million views, which doesn't even have a single car in it. Some of our favorites are from Chrysler with Clint Eastwood in It's Halftime in America and House Arrest with Charlie Sheen for the Fiat 500 Abarth. Chevrolet, Honda, Audi and Toyota were the other automakers in the top 20, but we'd be remiss if we didn't at least mention one of the coolest ads on the list, the Hot Wheels corkscrew jump.
Of all the car videos, only the Fiat ad wasn't played during a Super Bowl. Check out all eight videos - in order - after the jump. Nike took the top spot with its My Time is Now ad that has been seen online more than 20 million times with Pepsi's Uncle Drew posted up in the runner-up; some of the other videos include four Old Spice commercials and an ad in which Snoop Dogg is pedaling Hot Pockets.

Audi moving ahead with Q1 crossover

Audi crossovers have been getting smaller with each passing year. What started with the Q7 has since downsized to the Q5, then to the Q3, and now reports coming in from Germany reaffirm speculation that Ingolstadt is preparing to go one more size down with a Q1.
The new pint-sized premium crossover would likely share the platform that underpins the Volkswagen Polo and Audi's own A1. Although the architecture has already been modified to accommodate all-wheel drive, Autobild suggests that the Q1 would be a front-drive-only affair, which might limit its appeal somewhat, but then most buyers probably wouldn't opt for all-wheel drive anyway.
