Hi everyone, I have a 2004 Acura TSX for sale. The motor is 2.4 which is great on gas, 30MPG on the Hwy, it also has the V-tech in it. The car has 89 thousand miles at the moment, and its a very nice car. The color is Charcoal Gray as seen in the pictures, and the interior is gray leather. It has a 6 CD changer, Premium Sound System, Power seats, heated seats, moon roof, and everything is working. The only bad thing on the inside is that I do not have the original floor mats, other than that everything is great. The car has not problems at all, i recently changed everything on it, Tires, brakes, rotters, oil, so its ready to drive with no problems. The motor works perfect, no noises, no oil leaks, no nothing. I drive it every day to college and i haven't had any problems at all. On the outside, the tires are in great condition, no dents, there are some scratches on the body, some on the right side back door and some on the trunk. I cant think of any other problems with this car, as i said, it drives perfect. If you have any other questions that i can answer, please message me and i will do my best to answer all the questions. Acura teases 17 seconds of the NSX on Vine and Instagram
Tue, 30 Jul 2013Acura won't roll out the prototype NSX until August 4 when it shows up at Mid-Ohio Raceway for the Honda 200 IndyCar race, and the genuine production car isn't scheduled to arrive until 2015. Acura will, though, make the car a Vine and Instagram video star with snippets of the mid-engined roarer lapping the test track in both the dry and the wet.
After unleashing a six-second loop on Twitter's video service yesterday, it gave fans a bit more by uploading a nine-second clip on Instagram of the coupe throwing up rooster tails and sliding around bends. Best of all is the sound - it's like no Acura you've ever heard outside of a race track. You can check out both videos below.
2014 Acura RLX gets trick hybrid all-wheel drive system for LA
Tue, 19 Nov 2013Acura has endured a year of mixed reviews and middling sales for its new RLX flagship. Meanwhile, the Japanese automaker has been readying what may be the very best version of the car for its debut. Now the wait is almost over, as Acura will show its 2014 RLX Sport Hybrid SH-AWD at this year's LA Auto Show.
When it comes to dealerships in the spring of 2014, the RLX Hybrid will be the most powerful production car Acura has ever sold. The combination of a 3.5-liter V6 and three electric motors - a 35-kilowatt motor pushing torque to the front wheels and two 27-kW units feeding the rears - creates a total system output of 377 horsepower.
Those rear-end electric motors do more than just add power, they also drive the rear wheels without a traditional rear drive shaft and differential. This newest iteration of the Super Handling-All Wheel Drive calls upon the two rear motors to both drive and brake the rear wheels, vectoring torque in cornering situations for additional grip. All three electric motors make use of regenerative braking to feed electricity back into the system's 260-volt lithium-ion battery pack.
Acura Concept SUV-X is where brand should be going [w/video]
Sat, 20 Apr 2013We're not saying Acura should off their Concept SUV-X for sale as-is, we're just saying we'd like to see Acuras that are interesting to look at on the outside, rather than just being packed full of technology on the inside. Revealed at the Shanghai Motor Show, the Concept SUV-X joins other compact high-rollers like the MG CS concept as an entrant for China's compact SUV segment.
But this won't be a concept forever. Acura says that the SUV-X is the precursor to a production offering from the brand in China that will come "in about three years." A presser below sheds a little more light on this and the Chinese version of the RLX that will go on sale in a few months, and there's a short video detailing some of the concept's finer points, as well.
