HI YOU ARE BIDDING ON A 1997 ACURA INTEGRA GS-R. IT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION FOR THE YEAR. EVERYTHING IS ORIGINAL FACTORY W/ THE EXCEPTION OF AFTERMARKET WHEELS & CD PLAYER. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT IT NEEDS A NEW TRANSMISSION. IT SHIFTS INTO 1ST, 2ND, 3RD, 5TH, & REVERSE W/ NO PROBLEMS, BUT IT WILL NOT GO INTO 4TH GEAR AT ALL. I START IT UP EVERY OTHER DAY. THEN AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK I DRIVE IT IN 1ST GEAR AROUND 1 SQUARE BLOCK (TO KEEP THINGS FUNCTIONING). BESIDES THAT, IT IS A VERY CLEAN CAR (SEE PICS). IT HAS A WHITE EXTERIOR THAT ONLY HAS FEW BLEMISHES (SEE PICS). OVERALL IT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THE INTERIOR IS A GRAY CLOTH & IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. ALSO NEVER SMOKED IN. THE B18C1 DOHC VTEC ENGINE IS STRONG W/ NO PINGS, KNOCKS, ETC... VERY SOLID AT 198,000 MILES. HAS ANOTHER 100k+ MILES LEFT IN IT. 170hp @ 7600 rpm & 128 ft. lbs. TORQUE @ 6200 rpm. 10:1 COMPRESSION RATIO. THIS INTEGRA GETS GREAT MILEAGE @ 30+ MPG ON THE HIGHWAY. THE 195/60/R15 TIRES HAVE APPROX. 60% TREAD LEFT ON THEM.

Acura RLX Sport Hybrid SH-AWD set for LA debut
Fri, 01 Nov 2013Acura has announced that it will be showing the production version of the RLX Sport Hybrid SH-AWD at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show. You'll recall that the standard 3.5-liter V6-powered RLX has been on sale for some time, and that our review of Acura's flagship sedan was mixed. On paper, at least, the RLX Sport Hybrid SH-AWD should fare better.
Sporting a similar hybrid powertrain to the one expected to motivate the NSX supercar, the RLX uses a 3.5-liter V6 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and a trio of electric motors to generate 377 horsepower, net a combined fuel economy of 30 miles per gallon and offer the security and performance of torque-vectoring all-wheel drive.

Acura releases yet another NSX track teaser vid
Sat, 03 Aug 2013On Sunday, August 4th (yep, that's tomorrow), a prototype version of the all-new Acura NSX will make its public track debut ahead of the Honda 200 IndyCar race. Acura has already given us a short video snippet to enjoy, but now it's added one more to get our hearts racing just a little more.
Before you watch it, make sure your speakers or headphones are turned up, because what the low-resolution video lacks in visual quality, it more than makes up for with its audio of the NSX's exhaust screaming as the car tackles Mid-Ohio. And at the end of the video, the caption reads "watch the NSX racing prototype take a lap."
Acura isn't joking either. From what we hear, the car is expected to take one lap before the race and then disappear for the weekend. Scroll down to see and hear the NSX in action.
Acura teams with Galpin to sport-up the 2015 TLX
Wed, 05 Nov 2014Acura used the SEMA Show this week to remind enthusiasts that it still considers itself a performance brand, teaming with Galpin Auto Sports to build a TLX that highlights Acura's sporting and racing heritage.
The TLX is painted a deep shade of blue, called Andaro, and the color will be used on the NSX supercar when it returns to the United States in 2015. It rolls on custom gray wheels with gunmetal and "liquid smoke" pieces, and they're wrapped in Pirelli P Zero rubber. The exterior design is punched up with a body kit that adds side skirts, a rear spoiler and new bumpers to create a more sinister look.
The TLX has a sport suspension kit with coilovers with 36-way adjustable damping. There's also brake upgrades and custom exhaust outlets.
